"Nothing has the power to transform the world more than discipling men." 

The Ministry to Men (M2M) at First Baptist Church, is committed to seeing the lives of men transformed under the power and grace of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. That does not mean that men need to stop being men. In fact, we believe God created men "fearfully and wonderfully" unique. It is only through sin and cultural influences that men have become something other than what God created them to be. We believe and affirm the desire for men to understand their unique giftedness and calling and to fulfill the great commission; "Go and make disciples." Matthew 28:19-20.

In today's culture, it can be somewhat confusing as to what actually is a Disciple . . . The M2M defines a disciple as "someone called to walk with Christ, equipped to live like Christ and sent to work for Christ." A disciple of Christ is best developed in small-group we call, "Iron Men."
